  • Call the customer service number printed on the back of your card

What if my gift card is lost or stolen?

If your gift card is lost or stolen:

  • Report it immediately by calling our customer service
  • Provide proof of purchase if available (receipt, order confirmation)
  • Registered cards can often be replaced with the remaining balance
  • Unregistered cards may be more difficult to replace

Can I use my gift card at any location of the restaurant?

In most cases, yes. Gift cards are typically valid at all locations of the same restaurant chain within the United States. However, there are a few exceptions:
